Not very friendly staff!

The unit we got was brand-new and large with park view, bathrobes, for instance. Comfortable location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

The room at Picnic Hotel was spacious and tidy, perfect for my stay with two single beds that were comfortable. I appreciated having hot showers every day. The location near King Power duty-free mall made shopping easy, just a quick 5-minute walk. WiFi worked well in my room, a big plus. Daily housekeeping kept everything neat. The breakfast menu needs improvement. It felt repetitive after a few days. Although I loved the cute atmosphere, some staff members could be a bit more engaging. There were two 7-11 stores nearby for snacks, and a few massage centers to unwind. But there was also some mold in the shower, a bit off-putting.

Location really close to the Don Muang airport where the best way was to take a taxi, Bangkok's best shopping areas and King Power Shopping center. Good bed, nice bathroom and climate control, a private safe and flat-screen television in the room. Free parking nearby provided;))

The location was perfect, with just a few steps to Suan Pakkad Palace Museum and Baiyoke Sky Tower. I also appreciated the refreshing view of the nearby park from my room.

Consider asking for room with a balcony for fresh air, as some rooms may have restricted ventilation.

The park view from the rooms is a pleasant surprise, especially if you're into the hustle of city life. The location is prime for easy access to transportation like BTS, motorbikes, and taxis.

Certain areas of the hotel, such as the hallways and overall design, feel rather dark and outdated, with a brown motif that doesn't do much for the ambiance. Rooms showed signs of wear, needing paint and perhaps a new set of curtains. The bathroom lacked some essential amenities like a functioning bidet, and couples reported inconsistencies with towel replacements during housekeeping. The breakfast options are limited, especially for vegetarians. There were noise disturbances in the morning due to the nearby school.

Warm hospitality and local charm

The staff's friendliness stood out. They were eager to help with directions and local recommendations as guests. The hotel's location allowed us to explore nearby restaurants and street food markets, perfect for late-night cravings.

The room showed signs of age, with some outdated furnishings that could use a refresh. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, leading to a less than ideal shower experience.

Spacious room with a comfortable stay experience.

I encountered some difficulties . The water pressure in the shower fluctuated. I noticed some mold in the shower area, off-putting. Even though the hotel had a cute atmosphere, there were moments when the staff was less engaging was great.

We had a lovely stay, innit? The location's spot on, near all the good grub and easy transport. Breakfast was a treat. plenty of choices like Thai and Western eats. Just wish the AC didn’t make a racket at night.

Super nice hotel! Location is perfect with food shops and massage places really nearby. Room was clean and spacious plus i had a amazin sleep, quiet at night. They even gave a welcome drink at check in, and the staff were really helpful. Loved the roasted pork rice place close to the hotel, u gotta try it!

The location is chill, close to shops and easy access to public transport. Our spacious triple room was just what we needed. Check out MBK mall and Baiyoke Sky Tower nearby. Breakfast was decent for meat lovers, but options could be better for vegetarians.
